At Premier Services Ltd, we are committed to providing our clients with a high standard of service. However, should you wish to lodge a complaint in relation to the services provided, you may do so at any time.

As we operate as a Tied Insurance Intermediary, we act on behalf of our insurance principals. For this reason, complaints relating to an insurance product, policy, or claims handling are managed in accordance with the complaints handling procedures of the respective insurance principal.
