How do I file a claim?
Authorised Repair Service Centres

Submitting a claim is a straightforward and speedy process. Just give us a call at +356 2744 0256, or complete the appropriate claim form available on our website. Send the form, along with any necessary supporting documents mentioned below, to our office. Through Laferla Insurance Agency Ltd, our dedicated team will assist you throughout the process, ensuring that your claim is handled promptly and efficiently.

For our motor insurance clients, to simplify the process of fixing your vehicle, a wide range of approved repair garages is available. Documents and information required

Motor Insurance Claims

  • Motor insurance claim form fully completed, dated and signed.

  • Front-To-Rear form (if applicable) fully completed, dated and signed, or wardens|police report number.

  • Valid (European) driving license.

  • Photos from the time of accident.

  • Clear photos of all damage to your vehicle.

  • Third party contact details (if applicable).

  • Any other relevant documentation you may have.

Home Insurance Claims

  • Home insurance claim form fully completed, dated and signed.

  • Photos of damage.

  • Supporting documentation such as purchase receipt (when available) or valuation; estimate of repair or replacement.

  • Third party contact details (if applicable).

  • Police report (if applicable).

  • Any other relevant documentation you may have.

Health Insurance Claims

​

  • Health insurance claim form fully completed, dated and signed.

  • Original receipts such as  stamped general practitioner|specialist receipt or receipt issued by the clinic or hospital.

  • Copy of the results of any diagnostic tests (if you were referred) such as blood tests, x-ray, ultrasound, ECG, mammogram, bone density and other similar tests.

  • Any other relevant documentation you may have.

Travel Insurance Claims

  • Travel insurance claim form fully completed, dated and signed.

  • Copy of passport

  • Itinerary and tickets

  • Supporting documentation such as a receipt or valuation of any lost or stolen items; doctor|specialist receipt or receipt issued by a clinic or hospital for any medical attention received while abroad.

  • Any other relevant documentation you may have.
